Communications Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Officer to join our team at Into Positive. As a Communications Officer, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness, promoting our services, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Prime Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective communication strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Manage all communications channels including website, social media, email, press releases, and media relations.
• Create and publish high-quality content, such as articles, newsletters, presentations, and proposals.
• Translate the Rohingya language to Bengali and English.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency and accuracy in brand messaging and visuals.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, using metrics and insights to continually improve our approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media contacts.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure integrated and cohesive communication across the organization.

Qualification & Other Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in English/Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali [Chittagonian].
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS office packages(MS Office, Intranet/ Internet, E-mail handling, etc.)
• Experience in managing social media platforms, email marketing, and website content.

Job Location: Cox’s Bazar, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary: 25,000-50,000 (Based on experience & skills)
